Bui aka The Lodge

One of my favorite casual places, live Filipino Band playing cheesy 80’s style music, wood fried pizza,  30+ girls, most of them good looking (sorry, not of the take home variety)… If you go, always by 2 bottles and get one free, it’s a great deal…More coming…

If you like Bui you’ll love 17 Saloon, surprised you haven’t blogged about it yet! Similar atmosphere and excellent live Filipino band at 103A Pham Ngu Lao Street.

I’ve been here for just under a month and haven’t explored many other places. Thank you for your blog. I’m here for another 3 weeks so they’ll not be wasted, only wish I had of discovered your blog earlier!

you know… i used to go there 5 years ago with my dad actually when i first came to saigon and it was kinda stale but… I went back one night not too long ago and it seemed pretty cool. only problem is i was too drunk to blog about it! Pops comes back in town next week and i’m gonna make it a point to go back and give it a proper review! glad to hear you liked 17 (and the blog!) i’m really hoping my stupid work calms down a bit so i can get some more good articles going.

Let me know when your heading there, I’ll probably be there anyway.

If you need someone to have a drink with feel free to drop me an e-mail. Being still new to nightlife, and only really feeling comfortable at 17 by myself, I wouldn’t mind heading out with a localized wing man.
