Bars

Bars is what Phnom Penh is all about.  Although there are a few clubs to mention, your nights should all start off here.  The bars are all pretty much the same, $1-$3 drinks depending on if you do beer or liquor.  Happy hour specials, lots of girls whose drinks cost 2x as much and a stupid bell that buys you a drink FOR every girl in the place.  That has to be the stupidest concept ever. Even sadder than on my last trip I witnessed this idiot using it.  Of course he was a Euro celebrating Germany’s win over England, whatever.   Here are a few bars that I like and a couple clubs that you can have fun at:
